Refund Policy
LIMITLESS Guarantee & Refund Policy · Last updated July 2026
LIMITLESS is committed to providing trading education, mentorship and structured support designed to assist students in developing their trading skills. As a demonstration of confidence in the educational programme, LIMITLESS offers the conditional Performance Guarantee described below.
1. Eligibility for the Performance Guarantee
A student may qualify for a refund of their mentorship fee if they do not achieve at least one funded trading payout totalling $10,000 USD or more within their first six (6) months of active membership, provided all eligibility requirements below have been fully and materially met.
To remain eligible for this guarantee, the student must:
- Successfully complete at least 95% of all mandatory coursework, assignments and accountability requirements within the deadlines published in the mentorship.
- Attend live mentorship sessions or watch the official replay within fourteen (14) days of its publication.
- Materially comply with the written trading rules, curriculum and risk management framework provided within the mentorship.
- Comply with the LIMITLESS Community Code of Conduct.
- Submit all required trade journals, progress reports and accountability check-ins honestly and on time.
- Execute trades on a regular basis throughout the six-month period and maintain an active trading journal demonstrating reasonable and continued participation.
- Avoid gambling behaviour, revenge trading, overleveraging, or violating any funded account firm rules applicable to the student.
- Not receive any warnings, suspensions or removals from the mentorship community during the six-month period.
- Provide verifiable proof of trading activity and funded account results upon reasonable request from LIMITLESS.
2. Conditions That Void Eligibility
The Performance Guarantee will become void if the student:
- Fails to materially comply with the coursework or curriculum requirements set out above.
- Becomes inactive for more than thirty (30) consecutive calendar days without prior written notice to LIMITLESS.
- Materially violates the trading rules or risk management framework taught within the mentorship.
- Primarily relies upon trading methodologies materially different from those taught within the mentorship, including but not limited to third-party signal services, copied trades, or account management services.
- Engages in fraudulent activity, or submits false, altered, misleading or incomplete documentation in connection with any refund claim.
- Is removed from the mentorship community for misconduct.
- Repeatedly fails to meet accountability requirements.
- Breaches any terms outlined in the LIMITLESS Terms of Service or any signed agreement.
3. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days after the end of the six-month eligibility period.
The student must provide:
- Full legal name and proof of identity.
- Proof of purchase (transaction receipt or invoice).
- Complete trading journals covering the eligibility period.
- Funded account dashboard screenshots evidencing trading activity and any payouts.
- Proof of completed coursework, homework and attendance.
- Any additional documentation reasonably requested by LIMITLESS.
The burden of establishing eligibility rests entirely with the student. LIMITLESS shall have up to thirty (30) business days from receipt of a complete submission to investigate any claim. LIMITLESS reserves the right to determine eligibility acting reasonably and in good faith based upon the evidence submitted.
4. Refund Structure
If a claim is approved, LIMITLESS will issue:
- A refund of the original mentorship fee paid, excluding any payment-processing fees, applicable taxes, chargeback costs or third-party financing fees, where legally permitted.
Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days of approval using the original payment method where possible.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a card issuer, bank or payment processor before the refund review has concluded may automatically suspend the review until the dispute has been resolved. Students are required to follow the refund procedure set out in this policy in good faith before pursuing a third-party dispute.
6. No Guaranteed Financial Results
Trading involves substantial financial risk and no educational programme can guarantee profits or trading success. LIMITLESS does not guarantee funded accounts, payouts, profitability or financial income. Individual results will vary depending on discipline, market conditions, execution, psychology and personal effort.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIMITLESS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or financial losses arising from participation in the mentorship, including without limitation any trading losses incurred by the student. Nothing in this policy excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Force Majeure
LIMITLESS shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform its obligations under this policy resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, pandemics, network or infrastructure outages, or third-party service disruptions.
9. Amendments
LIMITLESS may amend this Refund Policy from time to time. Any amendments shall apply only to memberships purchased on or after the effective date of the amendment unless otherwise required by law. The version of this policy in force at the time of a student's purchase will govern that student's membership.
10. Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any non-excludable statutory rights the customer may have. Where the student is a consumer purchasing from the United Kingdom, certain rights apply under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including rights relating to the supply of digital content and online services. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or remove any such statutory rights.
Where applicable, the student may have a fourteen (14) day cancellation right for digital services. If the student expressly requests that access to digital content (such as on-demand videos or written materials) begins within that cancellation period, the student acknowledges that the cancellation right may be lost once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection legislation in the student's country of residence.
12. Company Rights
LIMITLESS reserves the right to:
- Refuse refund claims that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Request additional verification documents where reasonably necessary.
- Suspend or terminate memberships for material breaches of conduct or policy.
- Determine final eligibility for the Performance Guarantee acting reasonably and in good faith.
By purchasing and participating in the LIMITLESS mentorship programme, the student acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated within this Refund Policy, in addition to any non-excludable statutory rights they may have.
