Terms of Service

⚠ Important. By using LIMITLESS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms include a risk disclaimer, a no-financial-advice clause, and a limitation of liability.

1. Who we are

LIMITLESS (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is an online educational community focused on futures trading mentorship, operated from the United Kingdom. Contact: via the LIMITLESS Discord server or the apply form on our landing page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use LIMITLESS. By signing in you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Educational service — not financial advice

Everything on LIMITLESS — videos, lectures, journals, written content, discussion, coaching messages, indicators, examples, and analysis — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or contract, or a solicitation. We are not a registered investment advisor or broker. We do not place trades on your behalf. We do not custody client funds.

Trading futures, equities, options, cryptocurrency, or any leveraged product involves substantial risk of loss. The majority of retail traders lose money. Past performance — yours, anyone else's, the coaches', or any displayed result — never guarantees future results. You are solely responsible for every trade you place and for any losses incurred. Only risk what you can afford to lose. If you are unsure, consult an FCA-authorised financial advisor.

4. Access and account

Access is granted via Discord OAuth. Your access is conditional on (a) being a member of the LIMITLESS Discord server, (b) holding the required role, (c) not being banned or under timeout. We may revoke access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Share, redistribute, screen-record, screenshot, or publish any video, written material, or member content from the platform;
Share your account credentials or access with anyone else;
Attempt to bypass watermarking, security overlays, or download protections;
Harass, threaten, dox, or abuse other members;
Post defamatory, unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content;
Solicit other members for unrelated services or scams;
Use the platform to coordinate any unlawful activity.

Violation results in immediate removal and potential legal action for IP infringement.

6. Intellectual property

All videos, written content, branding, code, and materials on LIMITLESS are owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view content while your membership is active. No other rights are granted.

7. User-submitted content

Comments, journal entries, trade screenshots, and other content you submit remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to display this content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service (for example, showing your homework to admins for review). We may remove user content that violates these terms or applicable law.

8. Fees, payment, and refunds

Membership is paid through an external payment processor and is subject to the pricing shown at the time of sign-up. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have a 14-day cancellation right for digital services unless you have started consuming the content, in which case that right is waived as agreed at purchase.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIMITLESS, its operators, and contributors are not liable for: (a) any trading losses you incur; (b) lost profits, lost data, or business interruption; (c) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude under UK law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LIMITLESS harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the platform, your trading decisions, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms or at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account via the /account page, which removes your personal data per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the platform or the Discord server. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
